Hi Jackie and welcome - sorry to hear of your diagnosis
There are some very knowledgeable people on here who have been dealing with this for a while.
I was in your position a few months ago - more or less told to do low choline but that was it until I was able to obtain a consultant referral and get the expert input of the dieticians. In the three months gap between diagnosis and consultant appointment I cobbled together a plan (vegetables/fruit/vegetables)that was broadly OK but I later found out that some of the things I was still eating in small quantities were a problem (chocolate

)
I'm not sure what your current diet is like - for me I was principally vegetarian so low choline involved less change than for others.
As per the good advice given by others it is very important to obtain some medical input as reducing choline too much can be problematic and you need to consider the implications on any other medical conditions you may have.
In very general terms the following foods need to be restricted /avoided: meat/sea fish/shell fish/brassicas (sprouts/cauliflower/broccoli) /egg yolks/chocolate /soya lecithin/milk
But you do need to be careful and I hope your Dr is able to refer you for dietary advice as personally I think it is very important you receive medical input in devising a sensible eating plan - this condition is hard enough to manage without suffering nutritional problems.
Has the Dr prescribed anti-B / probiotics yet?
Good luck
