Email notification of any new posts

It would be great to be able to get email notification of new posts (option). I think this would greatly increase forum participation.

I can see how to get notification of a post in a thread, but not the option to get emailed any new post to the forum.

Hi i think that would be an awesome idea i post on here as much as i can because i know a lot of posts are quite old and i know people lose interest if not much activity on the site
