which brands you guys eat?
kellogg's example, choco krispies,
whitch Buter, rice, pasta, etc. which milk
Is confused look on the labels and see if have coline
Kingsmill Great Day bread, Flora light can i eat? Can i eat classic chocolate milka?
Can i eat any food no have in the label this (E322) (E471)?
Cant drink milk but can eat cheease?
Is very confuse

brands haha, sorry that just makes me laugh. Well if your looking for brand names, anything processed like cereals and canned goods are more than likely not good for you.

I haven't personally started the diet yet, I am currently on vacation and will start once i get back home. But if you want to do the diet think less about brands and more about vegetables. Boiled potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, Rice Milk, Fresh cooked rice, etc... If its processed then it probably has preservatives, which are really not good for you. Someone else can probably answer this question alot better than I have, but the foods you listed above are pretty big no no's. Also its not just a choline free diet, but also a low sulfer diet as well as a diet that doesnt have alot of FMO3 inhibitors like dark leafy greens.

this rice and cocooa milk can i drink like normal milk in the mornings? or just for cook?

Even good things can be bad if you have too much. Rice milk is ok and to my knowledge rice is too as long as it is fresh(although some people have different reactions to eating rice). Cocoa/chocolate anything is proccessed or atleast normally is so i wouldnt eat that either. With some googling or searching through post you should be able to find what is good and bad for you. I think that is what most people do. If your looking for a specific diet that other people are using then i reccomend privately messaging a member or making a post about it.

But simply asking what can we eat doesnt really suffice because it is such a broad question. It would be like me saying, what game can i play. Not only are there alot of question but the question is so broad that I really dont know what you are referring to.

Hi

what is quark? You didn't mean quorn? Can't answer your question, but maybe someone else can? I don't eat any meat these days, even chicken is bad for me even in low quantities. I know I get hardly any protein in my diet, but it is what it is. I've been thinking this quorn might be an answer, been sold in Finland from late 2012..anyone tried it?

Happened to see quark cheese when shopping and figured it out, ha...I personally can't eat dairy foods due to lactose intolerance, but some people here seem to eat youghurt and some cheeses, when some can't tolerate any.

But about Quorn! I was thinking about trying it, most products I checked out contain no soy, eggwhites they do, but that's ok I think. I'm hesitant only because I'm trehalose intolerant as well, and Quorn is made of mushroom protein. All the intolerances :!:
