Food intolerance tests

I am going next Thursday to have food intolerance tests to see what foods if any apart or including those that we already know are odour offenders are problematic for me to digest so i will let you know the results when I get them. Hope everyone is well and keeping their chins up and looking forward to a break over Christmas.

Foods for the weight loss:

APPLES: Along with strawberries, oranges, peaches and grapefruit, apples contain pectin
