The bad days

Postby LJNLindsay » Mon Jan 20, 2014 10:31 pm

How does everyone cope with those dreaded 'bad day's' when you feel like everyone is getting at you, with their comments & accusations, etc.

Maybe a rhetorical question, I guess.

I've just been feeling so incredibly low this past week & can't seem to see a light at the end of the proverbial tunnel :-(

Lost of readers, but no response :-(

@unluckyme,

Thanks for your response, hun.

I'm sorry to hear that you are off work with depression. I can understand how you feel as depression is something I've suffered with since my teens (I'm soon to be 41).

This condition isn't helping, either. Since diagnosis on Dec 16 I have been in a deep, deep depression.

It does help having others to talk to though.

I hope that you'll be feeling a little stronger, soon.

Take care of yourself...

I don't know how we cope, but we just do, I guess.

I'm glad that you found CBT helpful. I didn't, sadly :-(

Keep smiling hun :-D

Hi LJN Lindsay, I don't know how we cope, I often wonder how I am still here. I tend to have bad weeks to be honest. Since your post early this year do you think you have found any better ways to deal with the bad days?
