Hello everyone, I just wanted to let users of this site that my Bio chemistry department at Good Hope Hospital, are not taking my problem seriously. After 8 weeks of going out my mind , i found out on friday my samples urine and blood (DNA) are STILL IN THE FREEZER. Iam so F.....g angry. How am i supposed to move forward. They dont give a sh>>t. I hope that no one has to go through this NO HOPE Hospital to get their results. Go straight to the top. Go to Sheffield Chidrens Hospital.X

You need to disconnect the freezer, then warm the house enough to melt the frozen blood in the freezer. At the bottom of the freezer there should be a drain plug that allows the defrosted liquid to drain away into a tray that you will have to slide in place under the freezer.

Use dilute bleach or ammonia to wash down the inside of the freezer (you may need to do this several times by the sound of it). Make sure that all the corners and crevices are clean.

Then leave the lid open for as long as possible until all smells are gone.
