Dr Lachmann Length of Appointment

Postby SmellyKelly2 » Mon Nov 08, 2010 3:45 pm

Could someone please tell me roughly how long the appointment is including seeing the dieticians, tests and Dr Lachmann? Also, is there much of a wait on the day or are you seen at the right appointment time?
Its just my boyfriend is going to wait for me at East Croyden to take me home and wanted to give him a rough idea.
Thanks

Hi Kelly 2,

I went in on time, the clinic is'nt just for TMAU, so there is other people there. They allow you half an hour.

Kelly2, go to Treatment forum, scroll down to my thread called Dr. Lachmann, page 4, I think, I've written everything down you need to know. Good luck for Friday, thinking of you. x

Hi Lyndsey and Lisa
Saw Dr Lachmann today, he was very helpful.
They took blood pressure, height, blood sample and urine sample.
Also, gave me some diet sheets similar to the ones on the other TMAU support site.
Got to await urine results to see if I need further antibiotics and asked to see me again in six months.
Its good to know they are monitoring your overall health with this limited diet.
