I recently read an interesting article regarding a kunkun device that has been made in Japan, but unfortunately is not for sale in the UK as yet, it's linked to an app on your phone, it's name means "sniff sniff," it can tell whether you have wiffy armpits, cheesy feet etc, this would be amazing for us, also potential clothing is currently being developed antibacterial that opens tiny flaps when you sweat, this is really positive stuff, have a read about the device

there are 'basic' breath testers such as tanita, and recently 'mint breath checker'

my view is currently they won't be good enough standard, but it's something we need as much as a cure (how would we know we are cured ?).
A sensor that goes with a phone.
I'm sure that market will develop over the next decade (starting with the 'halitosis/normal BO market').
I think the tech will get decent over next decade, but early stages for now.
The good news is that I guess the market will be huge so, the makers will be well motivated (e.g. all teenagers).
