Hiya I have self diagnosed it as I have had 3 tests done first was positive and last two were negative but I still have same symptoms crazy I know but I know I have it unfortunately.What about u? Xxx

The first was positive, the 2nd was within normal range & the 3rd had gone higher (a bit over the normal range) but I definitely have it.
I have had this for the last 3 years. I stick to the diet most of the time but it does get boring. I do eat too many crisps though. :)

Hi pebble me too it's so boring I'm stricked through the week but rubbish of a weekend but tha needs to stop how do u find it when ur stricked with coline diet? Also where are u from I'm from liverpool Iv never met anyone else living with this would b nice too x

I stick to the diet but not too extreme as I also think about staying healthy and not getting too thin. If I'm not at work the next day then I will have something nice.
Been going a bit OTT with the crisps lately though so need to cut them back. Anyway, good to see you on the forum

I do I eat a lot of plain crisp Iv gone mad this weekend tho and had a burger ooooops haven't done that for years nice to see you working good on ya hope to get a job soon thanks for the welcome x
