Diet Advice

Postby LJNLindsay » Thu Sep 26, 2013 12:56 am

As you may know, I'm not even sure that I have tmau, or B.O in general, but I'm going to try the low-choline diet. If nothing else: I could do with shifting a couple of stone!

Is rice or almond milk permitted say with rice crispies for example?

Also, where does one buy non-wheat pasta?

Finally, is it okay to have tinned fruit? I assume it is cheaper than fresh?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction...

Hi Lindsay... Good luck with the diet.
Rice and almond milk are good with rice crispies... Durum wheat pasta is fine, but not egg pasta.
Fresh fruit would be better than tinned, which tend to be in syrup, but some ppl are affected by certain fruits.. Apples and pears seem to be the safest..

Love those dogs :D kitty
