Drinking tea and coffee

Postby flashy » Sun Aug 04, 2013 10:48 am

Hi everyone! Just wanted some more info !!

I absolutely used to love drinking tea and coffee! As coffee is made of beans ( coffee beans ) I stopped drinking it. I have also stopped drinking tea as I feel this could also make my smell worse. I am really missing drinking it! As soon as winter comes I know I will struggle without it!!

Is tea ok to drink or does it make u smell?? Xx

Hi flashy.. You can check choline values on this link. Freshly brewed coffee is ok, but you're right to stop drinking instant coffee. Instant chicory coffee substitute tastes quite genuine, with rice milk of course. Personally I couldn't get going without my morning instant coffee, but count the choline into my daily allowance. Kcx

Please forgive me if I am asking a dumb question, but why is coffee not really allowed?

Is decaff a no, too?

Hi flashy.. I don't think tea makes me smell afaik. Were you using non grass fed cow's milk, or too much sugar maybe? Kx

Hi Lindsay.. Coffee is high choline, especially decaff.. We need to keep our choline count for proper nutritional food, and not have too much in liquids....
Hope you find out what your particular ailment is, and life improves for you soon :D kx

Thanks, kittycat,

I didn't realise that about coffee: particularly decaff!

Quietly going insane...here. sigh.

Hope that you are keeping up the good fight!

OK here it is i hope this helps other people ! OK get a quart of peroxide and a 1/4 cup of baking soda and teaspoon of dish soap i used dawn " mix together spray on your body let stand for a few then rinse thoroughly off ! if you use it on your car seat or so on check in a spot you wont see ! to see if it stains but i didn't care either way ! but you can rinse it after a few so it wont stain just in case ! i hope this helps people god bless every one :!:
