Cheese

Postby Maisie » Sat Jun 15, 2013 12:50 pm

Does anyone on here eat Brie cheese? As it's Saturday, I've just eaten an ounce of Brie on three crackers! (I know how to live!!! ). I checked on the Nutrition data site and it's 4.3mg of choline per 28g of Brie as opposed to 4.6mg of choline per 28g for cheddar. I'd be interested to know if anyone eats this regularly.

Hi Maisie,

Ooooer, you really do push the boat out.

Not sure about Brie, I have the lactose free cheese with no adverse effects, I'm sure I read somewhere we are OK with soft cheeses.

Maisie,

It's either in the cheese aisle, or the milk one, tends to roam from shop to shop, it's called Lactofree, made by Arla.

I prefer strong cheeses, but as we're not allowed it this is my substitute, not a bad one either.
