Albacore tuna

Postby kittycat » Wed Jan 09, 2013 7:03 pm

There's been a good thread on the yahoo forum about Albacore tuna, which apparently contains less choline than chicken... It's very good nutritionally, especially for keeping up Omega 3 levels, which are usually lacking in the low choline diet.. I just ate some from Sainsbury's Taste the Difference range and it's really nice :D not the blotting paper texture of the Skipjack breed...kcx
