Anything on here that has a low amount of total choline: http://www.ars.usda.gov/SP2UserFiles/Pl ... holn02.pdf. Just make sure it doesn't contain torula yeast or soy lecithin. Also, it's best to avoid cruciferous vegetables.

Stuff I sometimes buy includes:
-Rice (wholegrain, white, basmati, pilau, steamed etc)
-Pasta (100% durum wheat only)
-peppers
-courgettes
-lettuce
-egg whites (or buy eggs and separate them)
-apples
-berries
-tomatoes
-rice milk, coconut milk (or low fat tinned coconut milk for making curries)
-spices
-cucumber
-apples
-grapes
-small amounts of dairy such as milk for tea, probiotic yoghurt, cheddar cheese (used in small portions)
-pineapples
-mangoes
-kellogs cereals such as rice kirispies or corn flakes
-rice noodles (taste great when stir fried with vegetables, egg white and chilli and squeezed with fresh lime)
-tea (black, green, herbal, chai etc)

Basically I try to cook for myself and eat as much fresh food as possible.

HTH!
