Does anyone out there also have coeliacs? I've read that alot of people fill themselves up with flour based goods eg tortillas and pasta and those yummy sounding home made scones :) Sadly most gluten free products have egg whites added (I guess to act as a binding agent) and the pasta/gf alternatives are made with alot of corn which I have a big problem with. My dietician is lovely but hasn't got a clue when it comes to telling me what to eat. I also have a HUGE problem with coffee. I smell more after having a large capaccino in Costa then I do having a burger at Mcdonalds!
