Soya Free Chocolate

Postby SmellyKelly2 » Sun May 29, 2011 2:47 pm

I was following the TMAU protocol list of ok foods.
The Sainsburys Belgium Chocolate now has soya in the list of ingredients.
However, some of the Tesco Finest range chocolate is free from soya and tastes great (in some of the plain and milk).
Just thought I would share as have to have it occasionally!

Watch out because I think all chocolate has lecithin in it to give it that mmmmmmm feeling in your mouth. But yeah, hells bells, we've got to have it now and then or we'd go mad  Just such a shame that at the time of month a girls gonna want it, its the one time we probably shouldn't have it  Thnaks for the tip about the soya - I hate having to read labels every time I buy something new, but now we've even got to read them every time we buy the same thing, because they keep changing the ingredients!

Great news! Thanks for finding that out!

Don't forget though that all lecithins are high in choline, and chocolate is a bean (or is it a nut?) :(
