Does there exist a diet book for tmau ? Like there is a diet book for hart patients.....with meals low in choline....
Maybe everybody can post his favourite meal and build it up together.

Hi flower,

Yes there is a small booklet given guidelines on what is high/low in choline and meal suggestions. I was given one when I went to the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery in Queens Sq (London) by the specialist Doctor.

I have a copy somewhere but some parts may be lost (I moved 8 months ago)! I am sure another member can help you out or maybe you can try and see if a Doctor will post it to you.

Good idea flower :D
Several time a week I eat 4 large grilled mushrooms with olive oil, jacket potato and sweetcorn/grilled tomatoes. It's my favourite, but has anyone else had problems with any of these foods?
Also, getting back to the lack of omega 3 in our diets :o , poster from another site menched that chestnuts were low choline, and high in o3. Anyone got any recipes or know where to buy them? love kkx
