Oats are low in choline but they arehigh in sulfur and sennapine which might affect you if your TMAU is bad. Too many oats and I smell like sour cabbage. I think a small amount is oka for me though.

My odour is fairly under control - regards choline content I try to target anything under 20 on the choline index but then cross-reference that with anything I know is high in Trimethylamine, sennapine, sulfur. It's hard work and it takes time to work out what works for you.

It's a fine balance between nutrition and lowering the odour. I know some people can get away with small amounts of meat, but I can't so I don't risk it. Some green veg (brassicas - even turnips and swedes are brassicas!) make me smell awful so I avoid them too.

Good luck - it's trial and error but don't lose faith! Those odour free days are worth the effort!
