Postby Bailey14 » Sun Nov 02, 2014 7:17 pm

Has anyone tried these? You are supposed to be able to add to cereal, soups, etc .. Meant to be full of fibre and I think low choline.?.
Thanks

I think holland and Barrett and some supermarkets. Saw them in boots too. High in omega 3 and 6 . Not tried yet and wondered if anyone else on here had? One or two tablespoons seems to be enough. Can add to smoothies etc too. Would give us some fibre and vitamins....

Yeah, I got a pack a few years ago and it was labelled as 'novelty food' lol. It does not taste of anything but has a slimy texture (similar to boiled Okra). People normally sprinkle is in their bottled water or in yogurts or to make vegan pancakes...

As you may know, I'm not even sure that I have tmau, or B.O in general, but I'm going to try the low-choline diet. If nothing else: I could do with shifting a couple of stone!
