I just found theese mango and coconut beauties you freeze,them soy free ,dairy free etc there quite expensive about £2.50 for,5 but there,about 9mg choline that's a,estimate but its quite,low,as,a,pudding coconut is not great for me as,it leaves bit smell but i treat,myself occasionally its not really bad so 1 would be ok ,also at the end of the week if you can stomach it i eat,a,tin of prunes in juice it looks like dead beetles but you get used too it ,its great for hahem no 2 don't know what choline is in it though

This is just a rough estimate maybe be lower probably about 26mg ch for a nice lunch ,one white bread roll i use free from ones because less waste and you can freeze them for a month,avocado,lemon ,and skinned deseeded tomato,mash up and eat in your roll ( its not bad tasting lol)
