technique for avoiding TMAU attacks

Hi all
I have found this one nostril yoga breathing technique can help to prevent me having an attack at work if I do it at my desk when I'm feeling stressed, or even better BEFORE i get stressed. I really does somehow seem to have a calming effect on your central nervous system. If you tend to have TMAU attacks at the same time each day as I do, its good to start doing it about 45 mins before. Try it!
