This was posted on proboards, and looks exciting on paper...but I think I remember smellykelly was prescribed these by her GP some years back, and they didn't help her... We're all different, and maybe beta blocker science has improved now? Do any posters with scientific background know? Tenacity... Poetfire et al? Kcx

Hi Kitty

This seems to be to do with blocking sweat glands, so it would not seem to be of use in TMAU or metabolic malodours which emit all through the body and in any secretions. They say in the abstract it's more for things like axillary bromhidrosis though personally I am not sure blocking sweat glands is a good idea in any situation myself.
