antibiotics, nullo etc. - what works for you?

I see someone on another BO site has been using this for a month with good results, it's mainly for liver disease, depression, MS, Cronic fatigue, she is using it alongside the diet, probiotics for TMAU.
I've read some of the '"guff" on it, and it said about breaking down lectithins?
Do you think it's worth a go?
Thoughts please. :)

beggars cant be choosers :D at this point anything that is helpful should be considered, after a quick internet search this thing seems pretty good. Ill buy some in january and post if i see any improvements.

before you try SAMe please read this article if you already haven't. Vitamin B and folic acid levels are important while taking SAMe, you may need to take supplements.
