Vitamin C:

Vitamin C boosts immunity system,
Vitamin C prevents from cardiovascular disease,
Vitamin C fight and prevent against cancer,
Vitamin C fight against bacteria, viruses, and infection.
Guavas, bell pepper, fresh herbs, broccoli, kiwi fruit, papaya, orange, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and strawberries are great source of vitamin C........

Cauliflower, brussel sprouts and broccoli? Erm we're meant to avoid those lol

Hello Everyone,

Dr Robin Lachmann did recommend me 2 tablets(200mg) of Vitamin B(Riboflavin) per day.You can take it once in the morning with food or 1 tablet in the morning and another in the evening.Also he recommended me an probiotic called (bifidobacterium) for just 2 months.He said this is the best in the market.

Is Vitamin B2 the same thing as Riboflavin? Looked in the vitamin department in the pharmacy and couldn't find riboflavin. When I did a search online, B2 came up. Is B2 the exact same thing as riboflavin?
