Different antibiotics everytime. Yes, you can build up rescilliance to them, but if thats what "the man" says will help me, then thats what I will do. Dont think me rude Shania, but it seems like everytime I make a comment, you disagree, I know we are all entitled to our own opinions, and thats fair enough, but dont knock me just because I'm doing as I've been told by a GP. What works for me might not work for others, we are each dealy with this differently, and trying to advise each other. Am I right in thinking you live in USA? If so, thats why we might do things differently over here.

Lisa,

Nothing against you but he is a general practitioner, not an expert on TMAU. Any doctor that over prescribes antibiotics,I would question.

No Shania, Dr. Lachmann said every 6 wks, a few people I've spoken are doing the same. I think it depends what type of Tmau you have. Like I said, it works for me. Sorry if I sounded harsh. Sorry, just read back, again, my GP gives them to, under the instruction of Dr. Lachmann, that'll teach me to try and type with more than one finger!

I was wondering because some people have success with the diet without having to resort to antibiotics,I did the diet for 4 and a half weeks and it didn't help me but I will try again for 2 or 3 months and if it doesn't help,I will try the antibiotics as a last resort.
