Thanks shania, I make myself laugh as I'm typing sometimes  I think it's all pouring out after all those years of keeping my own counsel. Kx

That missile over California....is it a bird? is it a plane? is it an overnight mini wrist sauna?? :D No more jokes from me, I promise. Let this forum return to the mostly informative one it once was! Sorry if I've indulged myself ;) Kx

Kittycat not only are you so funny but so kind as well. You would need plenty of Pureayre in the house for me after eating all that flaxseed lol.

Take care

 and 8-) (smug smilie) I meant it Lynds....Sorry smelly I've hijacked your thread. Has anyone had success with these sups? I would say that it reminds me that my step-father made his own calcium and, despite being on a no calcium type diet, still had to have his kidneys blasted in a sonic bath. I think we need to be careful with what we take, especially those people with the delicate stomachs.Kx

I want to try some other things out first, but I might give these a go some time. Im avoiding dairy and therres oesteoporosis in the family so I need to think about where Im going to be getting my calcium. And I think you have to take magnesium with calcium to help you absorb it?

Just a thought, I'm sure Berocca has these ingredients in, perhaps we might benefit from taking this as it helps you feel better, like a tonic?
